This elegant, vibrant champagne is made with biodynamic/organic artisanal methods from vines over 45 years old. There are fine, tiny bubbles with notes of fresh pear, apple citrus, honey and florals with a fresh and balanced finish. There is a gorgeous underlying minerality
Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Noir 40%, Pinot Meunier 10%
Champagne Region France. Grand Cru villages of Avize, Cramant & Oger for the chardonnay, Aÿ and Ambonnay for the pinot noir and the 'Autre Cru' of Mardeuil for the meunier.

Grapes from vineyards of average age 45 years, cultivated according to biodynamic philosophy.
Champagne produced, using only indigenous yeasts, full malolactic fermentation, aging of reserve wines in oak barrels. Extended lees aging.
On the lees in bottle for 3 years. Dosage 7gms/L
This is really to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with light foods.
